so on friday someone came into work at like 9:03. we close at 9. some other customers were in the store at the time because they came in before 9 and they were waiting for their pizza to be finished. so we werent exactly locked up for the night but the point is, we close at 9. a customer showed up after 9. i dont think we should have to serve him. unfortunatly it doesnt matter what i think. unfortunatly we were a little short with this customer. unfortuatly he is friends with one of the owners.

which means we have to stay open till 9:30 now (probably)
and im losing my free pizza coupons for next week as an insulting little slap on the wrist.
and oh yeah. its raise and review time. for me its just review time im guessing. so thats going to be great.

if we cant turn away customers at 9:03 then why does the sign on the door say we close at 9. i dont understand.
