I HATE IT WHEN PEOPLE FLIRT IN FRONT OF ME!!!! i hate it for these 3 reasons...first of all, it is my pet peeve. How do these people really have nothing better to do than to tickle eachother or fiddle with eachothers hands? DO SOMETHING ELSE...I COULD TEACH YOU HOW TO KNIT IF YOU WANT. secondly, its just rude, dont ya think? when people are flirting with eachother in front of me it usually means they are almost 100% focused on their flirt partner, and therefore, either of them are paying any attention to me. IF I AM TELLING A STORY YOU CAN LET GO OF EACHOTHERS KNEES FOR A MINUTE TO LISTEN! now i am talking about 2 people flirting with eachother who i know...if its some random couple then i really dont give a shit, so these reasons only pertain to couples i know. and the last reason is, if they are with me...theres about a 40-50% chance that i have a crush on the guy involved in this flirting which makes it soooo much worse. like last weekend at work. a guy i work with who i like very much and spend a good amount of time with outside of work and who I THOUGHT i was making progress with in terms of relationship formation and who I THOUGHT liked me spends nearly an HOUR each day at work...and i worked 3 days in a row last weekend shamelessly flirting with a girl that i consider a friend. EVERY SPARE MOMENT was spent "making sure she wasnt tickleish" or playing with her hand or playing the step on eachothers foot game which i am NEVER included in because i always wear flip flops and they are afraid they will hurt my toes even though i have told them several times that people step on my feet all the time and it doesnt hurt that much. what does hurt is watching the guy you have a HUGE crush on do these things with someone else. maybe its in his nature you say...maybe hes just like that. NOPE...he never does that with me! well maybe you are just cold and unreceptive you say...well if i am every other girl must be too because i swear he only does this shit with her! and besides! its a pain in the ass to watch anyway! and these 2 are just sick...and im at work! at a very small restaurant...its not like i can go anywhere! grrrr!!!!!
